About Billing Business Relationship Management at UPS Technology:

Members of Billing Business Relationship Management (BRM) work as the liaison between business groups and the technical teams at UPS Information Technology to create solutions that are the most efficient and cost effective product to meet the needs of the business. They resolve risks and issues in a timely fashion that allows for critical paths not to be impacted. They analyze competitor’s offerings as well as provide production support for individual customer issues and system wide impacts (outages, security issues, etc…)

About this role:

The User Representative supports customer billing systems and processes. He/She is responsible for supporting business, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. He/She is responsible for projects and initiatives throughout the development life cycle by analyzing system impacts. This position may supervise User Specialists and/or Senior User Specialists. The User Representative on the Billing Business Relationship Management team will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional groups to document broad business requirements and to obtain end user approval

  • Interfacing with internal and external customers, staff, and teams to gather business requirements and to maintain system enhancements

  • Reviewing and documenting requirements from stakeholders to support and meet defined expectations

  • Facilitating work sessions to support business and functional requirements

  • Coordinating action items for requirements to ensure closure and to address questions

  • Creating UAT scenarios, training materials, and documentation to support production implementation

  • Conducting user case and scenario tests to support production and to verify results with customers and vendors

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Candidate must have internal UPS Billing Systems’ experience

  • Good analytical skills, ability to multi task, good communication skills

  • Ability to assess problems and make decisions based on multiple information sources

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
